Auf den Moribana Schalen wird in gekonnten Drehrillen handwerkliche Kunst sichtbar. Jede Schale wird in Portugal in reiner Handarbeit auf einer Drehscheibe angefertigt. Die bewusst zurückhaltende Intensität der matten Glasurfarben lässt den Blumenarrangements den Vortritt und führt zum Einklang von Blumen und Schalen. Moribana bedeutet „Blumen in voller Blüte“ und steht in der japanischen Ikebana-Tradition für eine eigenständige Stilrichtung, für die sich die gleichnamigen Schalen anbieten.
